Natalie has spent over a decade mastering the art of operations management, bringing structure, efficiency, and a people first approach to every role she’s held. Her career began in higher education, where she managed campus events and staff operations. Bringing seamless experiences to life for students and faculty alike. During this time, she also earned her bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies in upstate New York, strengthening her expertise in policy development and organizational structure.

As her career evolved, Natalie expanded her impact by supporting small businesses, helping them refine their people policies and streamline contract processes. Her passion for organization and operational excellence led her into the automotive industry, where she worked with major household names to optimize workforce management and compliance.
