Yes! That’s what makes us different. We’re committed to continuous learning and improving here at My SkyCrew. As digital marketing is an ever evolving landscape, all CSPs are trained to stay up to date with industry best practices.
Can I hire a Customer Success Professional (CSP) for part-time work?
At this time CSPs are only available on a full-time basis. This is because CSPs work exclusively for you and your agency. They do not serve multiple agencies at once. This allows CSPs to be fully integrated within your team and its operations.
Can My SkyCrew help agencies generate more revenue or upsell services?
Yes! Our CSPs are trained to spot and cultivate opportunities for growth by upselling and cross selling.
