Are you a data driven Digital Ad Specialist with a passion for creating high performing ad campaigns? My SkyCrew is looking for a results oriented marketer to spearhead our brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation initiatives across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more!
What You'll Do:
You'll be focused on developing, launching and optimizing high converting ad campaigns in alignment with company goals and initiatives. To do this you will be
- Creating engaging creatives and compelling ad copy that aligns with our brand voice and drives conversions.
- Managing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms, ensuring proper tracking with Meta Pixel and other analytics tools.
- Continuously analyzing ad performance metrics and implementing data-backed optimizations to maximize ROI.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align marketing strategies and enhance audience targeting.
- Staying up to date with digital marketing industry trends to create relevant, innovative campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
✅ 5+ years of experience in cross-functional digital marketing ads & lead generation.
✅ Proven expertise in Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and ad optimization strategies.
✅ Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
✅ Technical knowledge of Meta Pixel, ad tracking, and conversion rate optimization.
✅ Experience running A/B tests and data-driven optimizations.
✅ In-depth understanding of the digital marketing industry and agency space & a unique, creative approach to advertising that stands out from the crowd.
