We are looking for a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts and enhance the candidate experience. If you are passionate about finding and attracting top talent while ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process, this role is for you!
What You'll Do:
- Managing administrative tasks within the recruitment process to ensure efficiency.
- Posting job openings across various platforms and maintaining an organized Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Screening applicants, vetting work history, qualifications, and certifications.
- Scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring smooth communication.
- Assisting with new hire onboarding, training coordination, and offer letter preparation.
- Maintaining and analyzing new hire metrics to improve recruitment strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with global labor laws and regulations or demonstrating a willingness to learn.
- Providing timely and professional communication with candidates and new hires.
- Collaborating with the Admin Crew and HR Team to enhance the hiring experience.
What We’re Looking For
✅ 3+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or HR Assistant role.
✅ Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
✅ Experience with ATS platforms and candidate data management.
✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
✅ A passion for building relationships and delivering a positive candidate experience.
✅ Knowledge of global labor laws and hiring regulations (or a willingness to learn quickly).
Preferred Qualifications:🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.🔹 Previous experience in recruiting for remote or global teams.🔹 Analytical skills to track and improve hiring metrics.
